Ginger hires primarily individuals with an engineering or technical
background (Graduate or PhD level) in fields such as civil engineering,
building construction, structural engineering, materials, soil
mechanics, physics, chemistry, microbiology, molecular biology,
environmental engineering, geology, hydrogeology, electronics,
and telecommunications.
The Group has 2,600 employees (as of end-March 2008), almost half
of which are engineers or specialised technicians devoted to meeting
customer needs as quickly and effectively as possible. The Group
has 112sites in France, 18 in the French Overseas Territories,
and 15 in other countries around the world.
Ginger's employees update their skills regularly through targeted
training programmes offered by the Group each year. These programmes
cover technical topics in addition to project management.
