Effective teams The group's teams are mainly composed of personnel with scientific training : engineers, PhDs, etc, in fields such as building and civil engineering, structures, materials, soil mechanics, physics, chemistry, micro-biology, molecular biology, environment, geology, hydrogeology, electronics, telecoms, etc. The group's average workforce has increased from 783 in 1999 to over 2,000 in 2002. In order to stand always at the highest level of competence, each year the group implements a major training policy. GINGER teams have mastered both technical expertise and project management.Thus, the 2,000 employees (50% of them engineers and specialist technicians) on 110 sites in France and 10 foreign locations, are able to cover all their customers' needs. |
