Ginger's training
policy
Ginger's training policy focuses on:
- The specific technical knowledge needed for each field,
with programmes designed to meet employees' needs as they progress
into new activities or functions. Ginger allocates a substantial
portion of its training budget to customer-focused marketing techniques
and methods for developing targeted services.
- A Ginger Academy that teaches important
management and technical skills, promotes the Group's solid
values, shares the Group's vision for the future, and helps experts
disseminate their know-how and best practices.
- Combining the latest technical knowledge
with proactive dialogue and an open culture. This is achieved
primarily through conferences organised by the Group to address
technical topics and current events. Recent conferences have included
a talk on globalisation by Jacques Attali, a speech about Islam
in France and in businesses by Dalil Boubaker, and a review of
crime and terrorism in the corporate world by Alain Bauer.
