75 years of experience serving environmental planning

GINGER is one of France's leading prescription engineering groups in the environmental planning sector. It intervenes over the entire chain of skills necessary for equipment and infrastructures throughout their service lives, providing expertise studies and engineering as well as turnkey construction and maintenance solutions.

GINGER was formed around an innovative concept: to gather together within a group an unparalleled portfolio of technical, scientific and project management skills. The result is that with over 3,100 employees at end June 2011, of which over 50% engineers and technicians, the group is able to cover all the needs of its customers.

The Group intervenes in the fields of construction expertise (geotechnical studies, pathology diagnostics of structures and materials, audits and construction product certification) construction engineering (design and works studies, either as project manager or prime contractor), environmental engineering (soil pollution diagnostics, site rehabilitation, waste recycling, inflow water, surface water, drinking water, rainwater, risk prevention plans, infrastructures, land-use management, impact assessments, etc.), turnkey construction and maintenance solutions (construction of turnkey buildings, public-private partnerships, public service delegations, works supervision and maintenance) and telecommunications (expertise studies, engineering, turnkey installations and maintenance for all types of networks: microwave, telecom, metropolitan loops, etc.).

Since its creation, GINGER has developed all the skills and know-how necessary for it to be the natural partner of companies and local authorities wishing to integrate sustainable development principles into their projects: environmental impact assessments, choice of construction processes and products, water management, energy management, waste management, thermal performance, acoustic performance, "green" site management, High Environmental Quality, etc.

A collection of themes and concrete actions that, when implemented coherently, provide our customers with all the added value represented by a sustainable development approach.
