Nov 14 2003 : 3rd quarter 2003, Turnover up 12.4%
At 30 September 2003, the GINGER group recorded a quarterly turnover of €46.1 million, up 12.4% compared with the previous year and up 6% on a like-for-like basis.

Oct 01 2003 : A disappointing first half of the year,
but a second half at over 10% operating profitability

On 25 September 2003, the Board of Directors, during a meeting chaired by Jean-Luc Schnoebelen, closed the consolidated accounts for the first half of 2003.

Jul 31 2003 : Good increase in activity for the first half of 2003
GINGER maintained a good level of activity during the first half of 2003 despite a difficult economic climate:
- The turnover for the second quarter, up 12.5% compared with the first quarter of 2003, underlines the resistance of the Group model.
- The Construction sector continued its stable and steady growth thanks to the recurrence of its markets. Regulations and civil safety requirements ensure the strong development of the Environment sector. The ICT sector’s French activities slowed down but its international activities continued their high growth.

May 12 2003 : Turnover of the 1st quarter of 2003 : +71% from the 1st quarter of 2002
Despite the sluggish economic climate and the bad weather that affected some of the Construction sector’s activities, the turnover of the 1 st quarter of 2003 comes out to 43 068 thousands of euros, up 7 % from the full year turnover achieved during the 1 st quarter of 2002 (12/31/2002 perimeter applied retroactively to the first quarter). This turnover is up 71% from its Q1 2002 level.

Feb 13 2003 : Sharp acceleration in growth of annual turnover: +69%
On 31 December 2002, the Ginger group posted a turnover of 162.7 million euros, up 69% compared with the previous financial year, and 32% higher than the forecasted figure of 123.6 million euros, determined at the time of the IPO.
Organic growth remained the same, and the growth of the Building & Public Works and Environment sectors were counter-balanced by the ICT sector.
The operating margin percentage will be greater than that of 2001.
