increase in the group's share of the half-yearly net results: +70%
On 30 June 2002, the GINGER Group had a turnover of 63.73 million, up
44% compared with the first half of 2001.
During this first half of the year, organic growth was of +4.6% and
external growth was of +39.4%. The operating results were up 65%, in
particular thanks to a control of personnel expenses.
The net income for the first half of 2002 was of 3.01 million, compared
with 1.77 million, up 70%.

GINGER confirms its growth targets for 2002.

in infrastructure engineering with the purchase of ATM
In line with its strategy of increasing market share and generating
profitable growth, Ginger is acquiring ATM, a specialist in appraisals,
consulting and applied testing for building shells (façades,
windows, acoustics, heating, etc.).

strengthens its leadership position through two major acquisitions
In keeping with its strategic objective of achieving a balanced presence
in its three core sectors of activity - the environment, construction
and civil engineering, and Information and Communications Technologies
(ICT) - Ginger has just completed the acquisitions of two companies
with total sales of € 44 million (pro rata temporis) that will
contribute to achieving this goal.
