Support
for VVF's holiday club overhaul strategy
France's leader on the holiday club market, VVF Vacances outsourced
prime contracting for four of its villages to Ginger subsidiary
EDI Ingénierie. VVF has more than 50 holiday facilities
across France. In 2005, VVF launched a far-reaching programme
to rehabilitate its properties to offer customers new levels of
comfort and service. Ginger oversaw all feasibility and profitability
studies for the rehabilitation of VVF villages in La Grande Motte,
Balaruc-les-Bains, Le Pradet, and Trégastel. Ginger is
also supporting VVF from the design phase through to execution
on site. The last of the rehabilitated villages will be delivered
in May 2010.

Capitole car park in Toulouse

of the Capitole car park in Toulouse, providing end-to-end project
management (including architectural and technical studies and
project direction services), plus scheduling, management, and
coordination. Built in 1972, this four-level, 930-space underground
car park is located underneath Toulouse's historic Capitole Square.
The prime contractor and Ginger, via its subsidiary GINGER BEFS,

deemed one of the most successful car park renovation and modernisation
projects in Europe.
